Lead Sesame's engineering through Series-B funding (GV lead) and implemented both hiring and career development processes to support future and current needs. With a team of over 30 engineers, across multiple time zones and disciplines, a great deal was needed in terms of project optimisation and orchestration. I represented engineering at the executive level and helped guide the company towards effective goals, for both the product and engineering, and ensured the team moved in lock-step.
