For 4 months, I was the coordinator of the communication department of EFdeN. During this time, I worked on both strategy and execution with the goal of growing our social media channels, with a focus on awareness and engagement. My small team and I designed the visuals, wrote the copy, scheduled the posts and analyzed the performance.

As a result of our execution and the constant data-based improvements:
->the average growth in followers per month was close to 10%, compared to the average of 1,69% for business accounts
->the engagement rate was between 5 and 8% compared to the average of 0,83%.
In a crisis situation when we had to get enough participants for a competition organized together with the biggest sponsor of the organization in a very short time-span, I was able to record and edit the proper visuals with the team and create & manage the Facebook Ads in a successful way so that the minimum number of conversions (entries in the competition) was exceededby 10-15%, making for a successful event for the NGO.
