BitDonate are providing a fantastic service that’s right on trend – cryptocurrency meets charitable giving. Of course, as with any product launch, it’s a real challenge to have software development completed in time as well as having a help section written and proofed. That’s our cue! We worked directly with the product manager to design and create a Knowledge Base in the closing weeks of the project as development was finalised.

The Knowledge Base helps both types of users: Donors, and Organizations with everything from making a donation, to more advanced settings and app integrations.
