Comical Girl, an anime-focused NFT project, needed a promotional video that would capture the collection's unique spirit and personality. In a market where similar projects differentiated themselves based on features, price, and roadmap, Comical Girl aimed to shine through its storyline and feeling. The collection's bright colors and bold art style inspired the creation of a video that would convey Comical Girl's confident, amicable, flirtatious, and cheery personality.

The creative process, developed with long-time collaborator Rafael A., involved combining 2D motion graphics and 3D modeling to create bold, visually striking, and dynamic movements directly inspired by the NFT's art style. Feminine motifs, such as female statues, paintings with female subjects, and flowers, were prominently featured throughout the video, along with textures reminiscent of Japanese manga. To further complement the collection's personality, a Japanese city pop instrumental was carefully selected, featuring an upbeat drum pattern, a sparkling melody, and playful, cartoonish backing trumpets.
