Biggby Coffee (Nationally Franchised, however, this particular one was losing sales. They struggled finding ways to market outside of their franchises mandatory advertising. I had an old friend who was running this particular Cafe, so I thought I would reach out to him. We organized a deal and I ended up running their Email marketing for not only THAT location, but EIGHT more of them as well in the Northern Ohio area. Since then, I was able to gain feedback from the whole spread of owners. They told me that customers were redeeming coupons from an Email they recieved. Many on the other hand, hadn’t been familiar with the place until they opened the Email)
