Biggby Coffee (Nationally Franchised, however, this particular one was losing sales. They struggled finding ways to market outside of their franchises mandatory advertising. I had an old friend who was running this particular Cafe, so I thought I would reach out to him. We organized a deal and I ended up running their Email marketing for not only THAT location, but EIGHT more of them as well in the Northern Ohio area. Since then, I was able to gain feedback from the whole spread of owners. They told me that customers were redeeming coupons from an Email they recieved.
