Product video: WhatsApp number setup tutorial, built in code

A 2 minute 58 second product video for the B2B cloud phone system where I work as product manager. It shows how to get a second WhatsApp number from the product without a new SIM card, for both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business. Finished in October 2026.

Script and beat plan: 15 story beats, from the hook to the call to action.

Every scene built in code with Remotion (React): the 100+ countries globe, recreated app screens, the phone mockups, kinetic captions, transitions and the end card.

Voiceover: AI narration (Kokoro text-to-speech), timed line by line to the picture.

Sound: an original music bed in D major at 112 BPM, synthesised from scratch, plus code-generated interface sounds (pops, ticks, whooshes, message tones). The music ducks under the voice. No stock audio, so no licence to manage.

Delivery: 1080p 30 fps master, an English captions file, a thumbnail and YouTube chapters.

AI-first. I write the scenes as code, render stills at each story beat, check them, fix and render again. Changing a word, a colour or the timing means editing one line, not rebuilding a timeline.
