Healthcare CE Solutions is an accredited e-learning provider offering fast, mobile-friendly continuing-education (CE) courses for healthcare professionals. Their mission is to make CE accessible, convenient, and compliant by offering short, accredited courses that can be completed on any device. The brand emphasizes ease of use, quick certification, and credibility through ACCME and California BRN accreditation. My Role in the Project

As a Kajabi expert, I was responsible for setting up the full digital learning environment for Healthcare CE Solutions. This included both the website build and the course creation/setup inside Kajabi.

My key responsibilities were:

Designing and building the Kajabi website, including layouts, branding, navigation, and user flow

Structuring and uploading the CE courses, organizing lessons, modules, downloads, and compliance content

Configuring Kajabi Products, Offers, checkout pages, and the member dashboard

Setting up automated student workflows, including onboarding emails, progress notifications, and certificate delivery

Ensuring accreditation details and trust elements were presented clearly throughout the site

Optimizing the experience for mobile users, since healthcare professionals often learn on phones during breaks

Improving clarity, accessibility, and simplicity to support quick course completion and high user satisfaction

Overall, my role combined technical setup, user experience design, and course-building expertise to create a seamless learning platform.

Experience Optimization: Recommending enhancements such as transparent pricing pages, improved course previews, stronger testimonial placement, and a more intuitive member dashboard.

This approach ensured the platform could deliver a faster, clearer, and more trustworthy learning experience.
