The Ticketsellers checkout system needed a systems audit, which then led to a redesign of the user experience. This resulted in a smoother process for all users when searching for and buying tickets through Ticketsellers.
I communicated with the team of developers and the CTO through Slack channels, sharing mockups of the new designs with Figma.
We made the system simple by partitioning the ticket buying process. Each stage was clearly marked with a header and a new colour palette was utilised to draw attention to the most important elements of the system.
The team was very happy with the results and I continue to work with them on new projects in 2024.
