I worked on a connected digital ordering platform for Fireaway Gujarat, bringing customer ordering and restaurant management into one system.
The project scope included:
Website and mobile app: Browse the menu, add items to the cart, and place orders.
POS billing: Support counter billing and in-store orders.
QR table ordering: Let customers scan a table’s QR code and send orders linked to their table number.
Admin panel: Manage menu items, offers, and incoming orders.
My focus was to make ordering straightforward for customers and help restaurant staff manage orders across different channels.
