I was responsible for evolving and centralizing a cross-platform design system for 9 markets with different languages. My role was to define components and document guidelines and usage, ensuring that the design team can easily use the design system.

Every Friday, I contribute to the Design System office hours event. Starting with a discussion on component guidelines, I then lead a workshop on how to effectively utilize the design system.

For implementation, I collaborated with engineers from the Vietnam team to implement the design system for ShopBack's internal applications. These applications are utilized by teams from various countries to manage all campaign content for ShopBack products.

In addition, I design experimental products called ShopBack FOMO. ShopBack FOMO is a community where the most kiasu ShopBack users come together to share and find top deals. ShopBack users can share deals with the community and are rewarded with vouchers and virtual points. They can also see the daily top deals in Singapore across 18 categories shared by other users. I collaborated with researchers, engineers, and product managers to build this platform.
