Overview
DTI (Diversified Technologies International) is a North American leader in the automotive tooling industry — blending advanced engineering with global manufacturing across Korea, Vietnam, and China. Partnering with ThinkSeb, I developed their new Webflow website to reflect their scale, precision, and innovation.
The goal was simple: create a modern, high-performing digital presence that communicates DTI’s leadership, technical expertise, and global reach.
Client Background
DTI has spent over 15 years providing world-class tooling solutions for major automotive brands. With a team of global engineers and facilities spanning multiple continents, they’ve built a reputation for combining North American engineering quality with international efficiency.
The company needed a website that clearly reflected their capabilities, global partnerships, and industry expertise — a true digital representation of their excellence.

The Challenge
The previous DTI website didn’t reflect the company’s evolution or the sophistication of their operations. It lacked structure, performance, and modern design.
The main challenges were to:
Build a modern, responsive website that felt both industrial and premium.
Showcase DTI’s expertise and scale through a structured, easy-to-navigate interface.
Boost engagement and inquiries through a better user experience and optimized contact flow.
Ensure technical performance, SEO readiness, and accessibility compliance across devices.

My Approach
I collaborated closely with ThinkSeb, the design agency leading branding and UI/UX. My focus was on precision development, performance, and faithful execution of the design vision inside Webflow.
1. Component-Based Build
Using the Client-First framework, I structured the project around reusable, responsive components — ensuring scalability, maintainability, and design consistency throughout the site.
2. Clean, Accessible, and Mobile-First
The entire site was built mobile-first, prioritizing responsive layouts, clear content hierarchy, and WCAG accessibility best practices.
3. Motion and Interactivity
To bring the design to life, I implemented GSAP-powered animations that enhance the storytelling — subtle, meaningful motion that reinforces the industrial precision of DTI’s brand.
4. Custom Code Enhancements
In addition to Webflow’s native capabilities, I integrated custom CSS and JavaScript for advanced transitions, hover effects, and smooth navigation behaviors, ensuring a polished and performant feel.
5. Performance & SEO Optimization
Images were optimized, metadata structured, and heading hierarchies refined for both SEO and accessibility. The result is a fast, smooth experience across all devices and browsers.

The Solution
The final site is a component-driven, clean, and high-performance platform that successfully communicates DTI’s leadership in the automotive tooling sector. It’s functional, visually refined, and easy for the client to update via CMS.
Each page highlights a different aspect of DTI’s capabilities — from their global facilities to tooling expertise — all presented through a cohesive and immersive user experience.

The Impact
Within the first month of launch, the client began noticing measurable results.
Here’s what they shared:
“Yes, I am receiving the webforms. I'm surprised by how many we received. We had a contact form on the previous site, but as soon as we deployed the new site, we received contacts from people I haven't heard from before.”
This early response validated the site’s improved visibility, user experience, and conversion flow.
