Getting lots of inquiries from the right clients

One of my clients went from attracting everyone to getting inquiries from clients she dreamed of working with after I wrote her Brand Voice Strategy Guide and Website. Here’s how.

My client was a brand and web designer who was often booked out months in advance, but she felt like she just wasn’t working with the right clients. She knew that her messaging was part of the problem.

As a web designer, she was always telling her clients to work with professionals for best results. But she still had reservations about trusting a copywriter. She was really good at English and felt like she had made it this far without hiring a professional.

She felt like her brand was nuanced—was that why it was so hard to hire a copywriter? She wanted her brand to be welcoming yet subtly attract the clients she would be best friends with in real life. She wanted her brand to be clear enough that she wouldn’t have to say no to the wrong clients but not rigid in that she would only work with one type of client.

All her convoluted ideas in her mind were now perfectly expressed. This gave her so much peace of mind so she could focus on the important tasks in her business and life.

Then once she started using her Brand Voice Guide on her Instagram and re-launched her website with new copy, she started getting more and more inquiries from the clients she really wanted to work with.

She’s now booking out months in advance with perfect-fit clients.
