In 2022, DoorLoop had just closed their Series A round for $30M and now they had a bigger promise to deliver on for their investors. The problem was that the right customer was not finding DoorLoop as their top choice. The brand was a bit too playful and made DoorLoop seem inexperience compared to its competitors. With so many steps to book a call, roughly 60%+ of users were consistently dropping off the site.
