Caxton is a UK-based fintech company that provides international payments, business expense management, and prepaid card solutions. While their services are robust, the website design felt outdated and lacked clarity in navigation, making it harder for users to quickly find the information they need about products and services.

Problem

The existing website had a cluttered structure that made it difficult for users to locate key features like card transactions and expense management.
Important financial services were not clearly differentiated, creating confusion for new users.
The visual design lacked hierarchy, making it harder for users to know where to focus.

Solution

Redesigned the website with a clear information architecture, making navigation intuitive and user-friendly.
Introduced well-labeled sections (e.g., Card Transactions, Transfers, Expense Management) to replace unclear terms like “Invoices” that Caxton doesn’t actually offer.
Applied a modern, consistent visual style that improves readability, builds trust, and aligns with fintech best practices.
Focused on cross-platform consistency, ensuring the experience feels familiar whether on mobile or web.
