Problem Statement: TMBR faced challenges in keeping customers informed about their project statuses and architectural details. Customers had to rely on manual updates through emails, calls, or meetings, leading to inefficiencies, delays, and potential miscommunications. This lack of a centralized, accessible system made it difficult for clients to track progress in real-time and review project details conveniently.

Solution: To address this, I developed a customer portal that allows TMBR clients to log in securely and access real-time updates on their projects. The portal provides a personalized dashboard where users can track project statuses, view architectural plans, and receive notifications about progress. This solution enhances transparency, reduces the need for manual follow-ups, and improves overall customer experience by offering a streamlined and convenient way to stay informed.
