This mockup presents an Employee Self Service (ESS) platform where employees can independently manage their personal information, submit leave requests, check attendance, and view payroll. The design approach prioritized usability, accessibility, and a consistent visual hierarchy. By streamlining HR-related tasks into a single dashboard, the platform reduces dependency on HR teams and improves overall employee satisfaction.
