Develop and launch a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote and launch the project, focusing on expanding brand presence and attracting new subscribers for online yoga classes.



Task

We were approached by a yoga studio that wanted to launch their online yoga platform and boost their social media.

Our Approach:

• We developed a personalized marketing strategy and launch plan for the project. With a team of programmers, we built and tested the platform before launching the project on social networks.
• To expand the brand's presence on social media, we used paid and organic promotion methods. We focused on engagement and loyalty of social media followers to encourage them to join online yoga classes on our platform.



Results:

• Successfully launched new platform We launched an online yoga platform from scratch and managed all digital processes, including social media.
• +13,000 Instagram followers We achieved significant follower growth on social media through mostly organic methods, continuously increasing engagement and loyalty.
• +150 platform users We attracted paid platform users quickly after launch, making the platform fully operational, and reached the break-even point within the first month of collaboration.
