Quiet Archive — An Experimental Personal Web Experience
Purpose
Quiet Archive is a personal web experience for publishing journal notes, research, music, and reflective interactions in one calm, editorial space.
Interactive features
The site combines journal publishing, live lunar details, ambient audio, navigation controls, and an experimental interactive card experience. The card is presented as an interaction for reflection and exploration, not as fortune-telling.
Design direction
A restrained editorial layout uses large type, atmospheric imagery, soft contrast, and motion to create a quiet reading environment.
Technical implementation
Built with PHP 8, SQLite, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. OpenResty and 1Panel support deployment and production operations, with responsive behavior across desktop and mobile layouts.
What it demonstrates
This project demonstrates my ability to shape a focused web product, connect content with interactive features, troubleshoot production details, and deliver a maintainable experience.
