Overview Vastian partnered with me to elevate the performance and reliability of their email marketing program. I owned end-to-end execution, including audience acquisition and segmentation, workflow setup, strategic planning, campaign creation, design, scheduling, and full performance reporting.

95%+ average delivery rate, reflecting healthy list management and strong sender reputation
~19% average open rate on high-volume campaigns, aligned with strong subject line strategy and segmentation
Just under 9% total CTR, indicating highly relevant and engaging content
~24% CTOR, demonstrating strong alignment between messaging and user intent
Impact Through improved segmentation, strategic content development, and consistent optimization, Vastian saw stronger engagement across the funnel. High CTOR and CTR metrics highlight the effectiveness of content strategy and email design, while the delivery rate reflects robust audience management.
