MyDiabetesTutor: CRM Setup and Marketing

MyDiabetesTutor, a company dedicated to diabetes education, sought the expertise of Well-Oiled Marketing (WOM) to set up their CRM system from scratch. The objective was to efficiently manage patients in their diabetes education program and streamline communication with doctors that the sales team was reaching out to. Additionally, WOM was tasked with developing email journeys to encourage patients to actively participate in the diabetes education program, keeping them motivated and engaged throughout their journey while simultaneously engaging doctors to recommend MyDiabetesTutor to their patients. The project also involved creating paid media campaigns and setting up landing pages and pop-ups to generate physician leads for the sales team.
To address the diverse needs of MyDiabetesTutor, we employed a comprehensive strategy that included CRM setup, targeted email campaigns, and strategic paid media initiatives. Here’s how we did it:
CRM Setup in Zoho: We developed and implemented the CRM in Zoho, connecting it to an electronic health record system and organizing the data within Zoho CRM. This setup enabled efficient patient management and streamlined communication with doctors.
Email Marketing & Automation: We created a series of email journeys designed to engage patients and encourage doctors to recommend MyDiabetesTutor. This included transactional, relational, and promotional emails tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
Paid Media Campaigns: We launched targeted paid media campaigns to generate physician leads. This involved creating compelling ads and optimizing them across platforms to reach the right audience.
Landing Pages & Pop-Ups: Developed and set up four landing pages and corresponding pop-ups to capture physician leads, ensuring a seamless user experience and maximizing conversion rates.
