Redesigned an existing SaaS affiliate dashboard while preserving the original design system.
The goal wasn’t to reinvent the product, but to improve usability through clearer information hierarchy, actionable insights, and more focused analytics.
Key improvements included:
• Interactive KPI cards driving contextual analytics
• Priority Alerts replacing redundant quick actions
• Improved dashboard hierarchy and typography
• Referrals and Top Offers overview
• Refined filtering and financial summary
My focus was on making the dashboard easier to scan and use without introducing unnecessary complexity.
