Refresh and modernize the brand’s bilingual Shopify storefront (FR/EN)
Develop custom seasonal landing pages to support campaign launches and promotions
Elevate brand storytelling and product discovery through strong design and UX
Grow customer engagement via email marketing and strategic social media content
Design
Led the full site redesign, prioritizing user experience, responsive design, and bilingual accessibility
Designed and built modular seasonal pages that could be reused or adapted for future launches
Built out branded email templates for promotions, product highlights, and editorial content
Crafted on-brand social assets that aligned with Kanel’s warm, refined visual identity
Collaborated closely with the internal team to ensure voice and visual consistency across platforms

Rebuilt the website using Shopify, optimizing for speed, SEO, and accessibility
Implemented Shopify Markets to support both English and French (Quebec) audiences
Developed a reusable landing page system for seasonal campaigns and product bundles
Integrated Klaviyo for automated email flows and newsletters
Supported content scheduling, community management, and reporting across social platforms
Developed and designed a bilingual (French/English) Shopify ecommerce site with custom Liquid-coded pages, seamless app integrations, and API connections.
