The design development for 88 promotions came from a fresh perspective i had as to how to represent a real estate company who wanted to sell the desig proposal for a stadium design. The client reached out to me with few things to work with in the project, which were: The color type to use, the content writeups and as well as what contents should be put on what page. The left the rest to my creative intelligence because they were referred to me by a client i had worked with previously. So they had enough trust in me to do it.

Some of the challenges i had was getting sport themed pictures, as well as fonts, so the design presentation gives the required feel needed to sell the project to their client.
