Bitbird Music Visualizers

Bitbird is an indie EDM label based in the Netherlands, known for its forward-thinking artists and strong visual culture. While working with the label I created music visualizers and social assets that translated each artist's sound into a distinct visual style.

Repurposing existing album artwork was a core part of the role. I transformed static cover art into animated visualizers, social banners, GIFs, and teaser content; extending each release's visual identity across platforms while keeping everything cohesive and on-brand.

Understanding what each artist wanted to communicate visually was key. By speaking directly with artists I was able to craft visuals that felt reflective of both the track and the individual behind it.

I helped expand Bitbird Radio from Soundcloud onto Youtube by creating custom audio-reactive visuals for each weekly episode. Leaning into a digital, oscilloscope inspired aesthetic that represented the label's EDM sound, I built TouchDesigner systems that brought the music to life visually; giving each episode its own identity whilst maintaining a consistent visual language across the series.
