A multi-tier design system — tokens, variables, components — built as the
visual API between design and engineering on a multi-role enterprise platform.
How it works
Aligned with Tailwind, ShadCN and Radix, so what I designed is what
engineering shipped. Semantic variables for color and spacing, annotated
component states, and every component mapped to a backend workflow state.
Results
· ~35% increase in delivery velocity
