Project goal:

SnapDebtRecovery is a cutting-edge web application tailored for the debt recovery sector within the United States. It streamlines the debt recovery process by offering an efficient platform for users to manage debt collection with precision. The application ensures authenticity through a meticulous onboarding process requiring legal document verification.

Challenge:

The primary challenge was to create a secure and efficient platform capable of handling the complexities of debt recovery while providing a user-friendly experience. The system needed to support various user roles with distinct access levels, ensure secure handling of sensitive data, and enable effective management of debtor information and recovery processes.

Solution

Robust Admin System Implemented a dual-admin system comprising Super Admins and Normal Admins, with distinct responsibilities and access control, enhancing system security and operational efficiency.

Client-Centric Views Developed tailored views for clients to manage debtors and debts, including functionalities for adding, deleting, and modifying debt-related information, allowing clients autonomy within their access levels.

Debtor Management Introduced comprehensive debtor management capabilities, including categorization, bulk importing via CSV, and a controlled approval process for new debtors and debts, ensuring a streamlined workflow.

Agency Module The agency module offers insights into agency goals and provides tools for managing communications, credit reporting, and customizing templates, supporting effective agency operations.

Advanced Analytics and Reporting Integrated analytics tools for in-depth monitoring of agency performance, collections, and sales, alongside reporting features for generating various client and agency reports.

Seamless App Integrations Incorporated app integrations with Stannp, Ring Central, and Outlook to enhance communication efficiency, automate email sending, and maintain detailed SMS/Call logs.

Technological Implementation
