Overview
AetherFi is a conceptual Series A pitch deck created to demonstrate my approach to investor storytelling, pitch deck architecture, and high-stakes presentation design for complex, technical products.
This project focuses on translating a DeFi cross-chain liquidity platform into a clear, credible, and persuasive investor narrative—covering problem framing, solution differentiation, market timing, traction, defensibility, and execution strategy.
The structure and flow follow frameworks commonly used in real fundraising decks.

The Challenge
This slide frames the core problem through real user and institutional pain points:
Failed cross-chain transactions
High and unpredictable gas costs
Slippage on large trades
Poor UX for institutional-scale users
The objective was to make the problem immediately tangible, grounding abstract infrastructure issues in concrete, relatable outcomes.

Approach
I structured the narrative to connect product relevance with external momentum:
Regulatory tailwinds (e.g., MiCA)
Maturing blockchain infrastructure (ZK-rollups)
Increasing institutional demand for compliant liquidity solutions
This slide aligns timing, technology, and regulation to frame the opportunity as increasingly inevitable, not speculative.
