Design Lead for Trainline's Depot Design System

Led the direction and growth of Trainline’s Depot Design System. Now a comprehensive system of 400+ components that spans three platforms including Web, iOS, and Android. Facilitating and encouraging a community driven culture. Scaling the contribution model from 1 Designer to over a dozen of the UX team and countless Engineers. Built custom Figma plugins to measure design adoption, and gamified to increase usage. On a daily basis the system increases the productivity of many teams and drives consistency, quality, and accessibility within the Trainline product.
