The project approach consists of assigning different weights to each feature and calculating the SAVF matrix, then evaluating each value hierarchy by determining high and low bounds for each measured value. Single Attribute Value Functions are utilized to calculate each individual criteria, and score from the raw dataset. Furthermore, SAVFs consist of 3 applicable methods namely exponentials, linear and categorical which can be either in increasing or decreasing order. The TOPSIS method is a multi-criteria decision analytical approach that is implemented based on the concept that any selected feature alternative should have the minimum shortest geometrical distance from the positive ideal solution and the longest geometrical distance should be from the negative ideal solution.
