STAM Development is a change management consultancy in Skåne, Sweden, founded by Awa Karlsson. The old WordPress site was hard to update and did not show the depth of her work, so the new one was designed and built from scratch, in code.
The goal
Visitors should feel the founder's authority from the first screen: 15+ years of experience, EU and Innovation Skåne projects, the STAM Model she created, and real words from clients. Composed and warm, never cute.
The homepage
One strong headline, one clear button, and a low-risk first step: a free 30-minute Discovery Session. The organisations she has worked with sit right under the hero, so proof comes before any pitch.
About
The founder's story as a clear timeline, with credentials shown as quiet facts rather than badges. Every page has one focal point, so the eye always knows where to go.
Services
Three ways to work, each with what is included, who it is for and the investment. Details open on demand, so the page stays light instead of reading like a book.
The method
The STAM Model is the heart of the business, and the name means "trunk" in Swedish. The founder's own tree illustration was traced into a clean vector and made interactive: the leaves move, and each part of the tree lights up the matching row, branches, trunk and roots.
Testimonials
Fourteen recommendations brought over from LinkedIn, plus a public form. New testimonials arrive as drafts and only go live when the founder publishes them.
On a phone
Every page was designed for small screens too, with the same hierarchy, readable text sizes and the booking button always in reach.
Colour and type
Deep green and yellow come from the brand. Cream and sage were added to make the site feel warmer and more human. Inter Tight carries the text, and Instrument Serif in italic adds one expressive word to each headline.
The logo
The logo was redrawn clean and symmetric, keeping the original sun on the A at the founder's request. It also became the favicon and app icon.
