Social Media App Concept: Content Experience Design

Project Overview

This is a concept project exploring a social media app designed around content discovery, readable navigation, and clear interaction patterns. The goal was to make it easier for users to browse a feed, discover relevant content, and move between core areas without visual overload.

Design Challenge

Social platforms can become cluttered when feeds, stories, discovery features, and profile content compete for attention. I needed to balance content visibility with a simple, familiar experience across the app’s key screens.

My Approach

I designed a content-first interface with a clear visual hierarchy, intentional spacing, and a mobile-first layout. The concept maps the relationship between the home feed, Discover area, and profile, while using a reusable system of typography, color, and functional icons to keep the experience consistent.
