Objective: To accurately input and manage client data for the XYZ Marketing Agency, ensuring that information is up-to-date and accessible for marketing and reporting purposes. Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Client Database Management: Task: Input and update client contact details, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company information into the CRM system. - Responsibility: Ensure that all data is accurately entered and verified for completeness and correctness.
2. Lead Tracking: Task: Enter new lead information from various sources (e.g., web forms, event sign-ups) into the lead management system. Responsibility: Categorize and tag leads appropriately, and ensure follow-up actions are scheduled.
3.Campaign Data Entry: Task: Input and maintain data related to marketing campaigns, including campaign names, dates, budgets, and performance metrics.
Responsibility: Update data regularly to reflect the latest campaign results and provide accurate reports.
4. Data Cleaning and Validation:
Task: Review and clean up existing data to remove duplicates, correct inaccuracies, and ensure consistency.
Responsibility: Conduct periodic audits to maintain data quality and integrity.
5.Reporting and Analysis:Task: Assist in generating reports by compiling data from various sources and entering it into reporting templates or tools.
Responsibility: Ensure that reports are accurate, formatted correctly, and delivered on time.
6. Client Interaction: - Task: Communicate with clients to verify data, request missing information, and address any discrepancies.
Responsibility: Maintain a professional and responsive approach to client inquiries and feedback.
Tools and Systems Used: CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - Data entry and management tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) - Reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio)
