I led a complete rebranding of Statcare (nao*medical now), a NYC-based urgent care clinic. As the sole designer, I transformed their outdated app into a comprehensive platform offering patients everything they need before their visit. My goal was to create a seamless, user-friendly experience that exceeded expectations.
Research
To support Statcare’s rebrand to Naomedical, we redesigned the app to fix a tedious appointment flow and missing features. After user research on-site and through interviews, the focus became clear: make scheduling effortless and telemedicine faster for users and their families.
Brainstorming
Through meetings, sketches, and site maps, we explored how to shape Statcare into a one-stop health app—refining ideas to align with our vision.

Hindsight
his project taught me a lot, and I’m grateful to have played a key role in both the visual and UX sides. My biggest takeaway: design evolves, and constant iteration is the only way to find what truly works.
