An innovative system (in 2019) to help with crowd control during the COVID-19 pandemic: Circulation Control and Permission Management (CCPM). This system was designed to effectively manage and monitor the movement of individuals, preventing the spread of the virus and protect OUR ENTIRE PROVINCE.

CCPM allows authorities to set specific guidelines and movement restrictions, such as curfews, restricted areas, and maximum capacity limits for public spaces. Individuals are required to request permission to circulate through the system, providing information about their destination, purpose of travel, and contact details. Authorities can then approve or deny these requests based on the established guidelines.

One of the key features of CCPM is its ability to track and trace individuals, allowing authorities to quickly identify and isolate potential COVID-19 cases. This has been crucial in containing outbreaks and preventing further spread of the virus.
