DonelyAI is crafted as a next-generation AI-driven productivity tool, designed to help users swiftly organize, prioritize, and complete complex tasks—all within a clean, distraction-free interface. The initial challenge centered around overwhelming, feature-bloated productivity apps that often leave users feeling lost or unproductive rather than empowered. Our goal: launch a digital product that’s radically simple, lightning fast, and AI-powered for maximum efficiency.

Upon rollout, DonelyAI’s streamlined UX reduced user onboarding friction, with over 80% of beta testers reporting they could achieve their first “done” within five minutes. Early analytics showed a 30% boost in task completion rates compared to traditional to-do list apps.

As the lead Framer designer and UX strategist, I owned the entire design system—from concept and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and Framer live handoff. I defined the visual identity, mapped key user flows, wrote microcopy, collaborated closely with engineering, and fine-tuned animations for product delight. User feedback loops were integrated at every sprint for ongoing improvement.

This project leveraged Framer’s advanced animation features, custom component creation with React code overrides, and seamless integration with OpenAI’s API for real-time AI suggestions. The build also pushed Framer’s Responsive Layout tools to the max, ensuring fluid performance on any device. Analytics scripts were injected natively for direct in-app user event tracking.
