Work in Progress: LetFixIt — Handyman Marketplace Web Platform

I'm currently designing a full UX/UI case study for LetFixIt, a two-sided service marketplace built for the Nigerian market.

The product connects homeowners who need trusted tradespeople with skilled handymen who need a professional platform to grow their income. Think vetted profiles, transparent pricing, secure escrow-style payments, and a full booking flow — designed from the ground up.

What this case study covers:

— User research (interviews, surveys, competitive analysis) — Dual persona development — Information architecture for two user types — User journey mapping — Full 6-step booking flow design — Customer dashboard & profile system — Handyman dashboard, job management, earnings & profile — Design system (typography, color, components) — Interactive prototype + usability testing
