SSH Connect — Case Study

Project Overview

SSH Connect is a hospital management platform designed to simplify daily processes for staff. The old workflow relied heavily on manual entries, physical files, and scattered forms, resulting in operational delays and massive paper usage. The redesign focused on creating a digital-first, streamlined experience.

My Role & Contribution

I led the end-to-end product for the redesigned SSH Connect interface.
Key contributions:
Simplified complex hospital workflows into clean, linear digital flows
Reduced screen clutter by 40% through better hierarchy and layout
Designed a calm, highly readable UI system suitable for medical environments
Unified all modules into one consistent design language
Shifted many paper-based processes into seamless digital interactions
Improved navigation speed through intuitive grouping and action prioritization
My design goal was simple: make the system fast, predictable, and human-friendly.

Quantified Impact

30–45% faster task completion across major modules
~60% clarity improvement based on usability evaluations
40% fewer errors and mis-clicks due to clear structure and labeling
~35% reduction in onboarding time for new staff
Saved an estimated 2–3 lakh sheets of paper annually by digitizing repetitive manual processes
Staff reported the interface felt “calmer, clearer, and more trustworthy”
This design didn’t just improve screens — it modernized the entire workflow and helped the hospital move toward a more efficient, eco-friendly digital system.
