My recent project delivered a customized ERP and CRM HR Helpdesk solution built on Odoo platform, deployed on a Google Cloud private server. This project featured a front-end website for employees to interact directly, automating ticket creation and seamlessly integrating with the backend HR Helpdesk system. By connecting with the mail server, the system enabled automatic ticket generation, streamlining IT team workflows. Additionally, the solution included a customer help request portal integrated with Cloudera, demonstrating my ability to craft scalable, cloud-based solutions for complex processes.
