GiverLink is a modern fundraising platform designed to replace the fragmented tools most organisers rely on — spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, manual reconciliation, and disconnected payment links.
The goal of the project was to design and validate a fundraising operating system, not a single-purpose app. GiverLink supports campaigns, fundraising events (including golf days, dinners, and galas), and peer-to-peer team fundraising, all within one coherent platform.
My role focused on:
Product positioning & architecture — framing GiverLink as a modular platform (Core, Events, Teams, Pro) rather than a niche tool
UX and messaging clarity — ensuring organisers immediately understand what the platform does and how money flows
Landing pages & microsites — premium, conversion-focused pages for fundraising campaigns and events
Trust & payments UX — clear communication that payments are processed via Stripe and paid directly to organisers
Rapid testing & iteration — prioritising real-world usability and speed to first donation over feature bloat
The result is a flexible, event-agnostic fundraising platform that works equally well for simple donation campaigns, structured fundraising events, and community-led team fundraising — while remaining easy to set up and intuitive to use.
