When I partnered with an agency supporting a healthcare staffing client, the opportunity was clear: their website wasn’t capturing the leads it deserved. I dug into the funnel, analyzing every touchpoint, user flow, and content piece, to uncover where prospects were getting stuck and where messaging could be sharpened. The foundation was there, but it needed stronger SEO, clearer value propositions, and a smoother user experience to turn visitors into engaged leads.
So, we flipped the script. I built a strategy that brought together smart SEO, high-converting UX fixes, tighter paid search alignment, and premium content that actually earned attention. We crafted landing pages that didn't just inform, but converted. I recruited the right creative and technical talent to bring it to life, assembling a lean, high-impact team that could execute with speed and precision. No fluff. Just assets built to win.
And we didn’t just launch it and cross our fingers. I led the charge, staying in the trenches to review copy, fine-tune CTAs, optimize performance, and make sure every piece of content pulled its weight. Four months later, the results spoke loud and clear: from zero to ~$2 million in qualified lead value. (And the leads are still growing!)
