Blockbase is a start-up that wants to cut out unnecessary intermediaries by harnessing the revolutionary development of the blockchain to build multi-chain infrastructure for web3 banking and payment solutions that are both simple and easily understood by retail and institutional users alike. The unicity of their business is that they put the power of self-custody and minimal-risk interest in the hands of newly initiated web3 users to degens alike. And with that, they offer a much-needed facelift to the web3 wallet user experience.

The Challenge

Blockbase wanted to present this new type of unique service in a way that the freelancers will understand. The main objective was to highlight the benefits and real value that it provides, helping them concentrate on the creative part of their job and leaving the numbers aside.

The Solution

The first thing we did was identify the idea and the underlying concept of the logo. It had to be simple and minimalistic, it had to broadcast the ideas and messages of the Blockbase brand and encapsulate its essence.

The Result

A brand is the sum of images, values, associations, and emotions that occur when people come into contact with it. We needed to find visual metaphors that would be in tune with the brand’s positioning, its idea and uniqueness. These would generate interest in the brand. Digital currency is associated with a particular set of visuals. ‍ Today it’s all about the dark theme and flashy neon colours. It’s a bold, daring, “spacey” visual which represents future technologies.
