This project was completed during my second year within the Landscape Architecture Program. Focus: Site Planning using Design Patterns and ergonomic travel.
The overall Site Plan for this project was focused on ergonomic transportation and common spaces intended for lounging. The placement of nodes were crucial in order to make the property flow from one section to another. The Mixed Use properties are located more closely to the entrance road, while the residential properties are separated by common areas to provide a sense of privacy (more vegetation could have been utilized to provide this effect). Parking spaces are numbered to fit a total of 70 vehicles, to accommodate the 16 residents and overflow for the commercial mixed-use properties.

Page 2 displaying two Site Sections and 1 perspective. Section A - A' and Perspective 1 show the elevation change of the road and sidewalks next to the center waterfall feature, which will cascade down from the main fountain to the lower portion of the property. Section B - B represents the positioning of a residential building with the patio and pool present.
