Buried Lead Uncovered
This client had already laid out the content in InDesign and saved it as a PDF. He needed to submit the data within 24 hours to his management.
I copyedited it in Adobe for spelling, punctuation, and consistency. I removed redundancy and made layout-readability recommendations.
I recognized that he buried the lead. His main recommendation was NOT in the summary. My review refocused his whole deliverable.
