An NFT Marketplace Dashboard Concept | Part of a Creative Design Challenge.

NFTian is a part of a design challenge that I did recently. The prompt was to design a dashboard - that can be related to any niche like NFT, stock market, DAO, etc. There's a condition as well - you have to use animated icons in this design!

Was super excited to design something new in Figma but was a little nervous as well because Dashboard designs are not my area of expertise😅. But as the saying "the more you practice what you fear, the better you get at it" (quoted by myself, Ahem!)

Booted up my pc and hopped on dribble and a Figma Dashboard UI kit to understand the common elements, the layout, and the natural flow of dashboard designs (still struggled to design this). Some of the common patterns I noticed :

A consistent sidebar/menu/navbar which can be either compact or elongated. I designed an elongated/descriptive version of the menu in this case

Different card sizes fit the right content while maintaining consistency, even the layout is structured in such a way that the user can get the most of the digestible content from a single screen/page

Dashboard designs are usually data-centric, there's a hierarchy of logical information providing the user information at a glance as well as allowing them to dive deep into the data when necessary.

So that was my exploration for an NFT Dashboard design.
