Cooking Hippo

I developed 'Cooking Hippos', a charming and strategic cooking game for Web (HTML5), Mobile, and PC platforms, collaborating with "BlackMoon Design". My key responsibilities included:

Implementing game logic and mechanics using Defold game engine, including randomly generated levels

Participating in the development and refinement of game mechanics to balance strategy and arcade elements

Adapting existing art assets into a fully functional, visually appealing game

Ensuring smooth performance and responsive design across HTML5, Mobile, and PC platforms

Developing features like level progression and score tracking

Implementing animations and visual feedback to enhance user experience

Bundle the Web version to Android while maintaining consistent gameplay and visuals

The result was an addictive, multi-platform game that combines cute aesthetics with strategic gameplay, challenging players to manage time and resources effectively while preparing food for impatient customers.
