CareSeek is a comprehensive solution that simplifies the process of finding professional care services. The platform offers users an intuitive interface, a wide range of options, and a secure booking process.

Project mission
To provide users with a simple and secure way to find care services for children, elderly people, or pets, making the process convenient and transparent for all participants.
My role in the project
As the lead UI/UX designer for the CareSeek platform, I was responsible for the complete design process, from research to final implementation.
My contributions included:
User Research: Conducted in-depth research to understand the needs of both caregivers and service seekers, ensuring the platform addressed real-world challenges.
Wireframes & Prototyping: Designed detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to map out user flows for the website, web platform, and mobile app.
UI Design: Crafted intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for all platforms, ensuring consistency and ease of use across devices.
Brand Identity: Developed the brand identity, including logo design, color palettes, typography, and overall visual guidelines.
Promotional Video: Created a video to showcase the platform’s features and value proposition, helping to effectively communicate its benefits to the target audience.
Research
To create a user-friendly experience, I conducted a thorough analysis of competitors to identify best practices in the care service industry. The platform needed to cater to two distinct user types: those seeking care services and the caregivers themselves.
