During this project, we followed a clear, structured process to take the brand vision and transform it into a fully functioning, conversion-driven website and landing pages.
We began with detailed questionnaires that I shared with the client. These uncovered key insights about the brand story, the target audience, and the offers. By going deep into these foundations, I was able to clearly understand what made the business unique and how we could communicate that effectively online. This step guided both the copywriting and the design direction, ensuring everything stayed focused on the client’s goals.
With the responses in hand, I developed the first draft of the copy for the website and landing pages. This included the overall messaging strategy, headlines, subheadings, body copy, calls-to-action, and suggested supporting elements such as testimonials, FAQs, or opt-in offers. The goal was to ensure every word was not only on-brand but also built trust and encouraged the audience to take the next step.
At the same time, I mapped out the structure of the site by creating wireframes and page flows. These acted as a blueprint to show how visitors would move through the site, what they would see first, and how they would be guided toward conversions. I also provided design direction and recommendations for images and other visual assets so that everything worked together to create a consistent, professional experience.
Once the copy and structure were approved, I built the pages on the chosen platform. During this stage, I ensured the design was responsive, mobile-friendly, and visually aligned with the brand identity. I also implemented on-page SEO best practices, such as optimised headings, metadata, and image alt text, to improve visibility and performance.
Collaboration was central throughout the project. The client had two full review rounds, where they were able to share feedback and request refinements. This made it possible to polish both the copy and the design while keeping the project efficient. In addition, we had unlimited communication through a dedicated Slack channel, which kept everything transparent and allowed for quick questions, feedback, and updates.
The final result was a set of professional, high-performing website and landing pages that:
Delivered clearer messaging and a stronger brand voice
Provided a streamlined customer journey with defined calls-to-action
Created a consistent and professional design direction the client can follow going forward
Set up a foundation for higher conversions and measurable growth through SEO and analytics tracking
This project combined strategy, copy, design, and optimisation into one cohesive process. The outcome was more than just a beautiful website — it was a business asset designed to attract, engage, and convert the right audience.
