Project Overview: Freecoacher revolutionizes gym management with an intuitive UI/UX design, focused on simplifying complex operations for gym owners and enhancing user engagement. Our design streamlines real-time data presentation, staff-client interactions, and actionable insights, catering to a diverse user base.

Design Challenges: The design process tackled presenting multifaceted features in a digestible format and ensuring ease of navigation. The challenge was to harmonize robust functionality with minimalist design principles.

Process: Starting with comprehensive user research, our design was informed by personas and journey maps to tailor the user experience. The agile approach facilitated iterative testing and refinement. The UI contrasts a dark theme with vibrant accents for clarity, while the UX ensures fluid transitions between functionalities.

Dashboard: Centralizes real-time operational data, such as staff schedules and client check-ins. Feedback & Roles: Streamlines communication and role management, fostering a collaborative gym environment. Analytics: Provides insights with weekly stats and financials, enabling informed decision-making. Staff Management: Empowers efficient staff oversight, including scheduling and performance tracking. Alerts: Proactive notifications and suggestions to optimize gym operations. Engagement: Tools for managing promotions and news, keeping clients informed and engaged.
