Overview

This project is a website and product experience for an AI-powered project memory platform built for freelancers, agencies, consultants, and client-service teams.
The product helps teams track everything that matters across a client project, including scope, requirements, deliverables, decisions, deadlines, and changes without reconstructing context from scattered conversations.
The goal was to create a clear, editorial, conversion-focused SaaS website that makes a complex AI product immediately understandable while giving the product itself a strong visual identity.

The Challenge

Client projects are full of moving context.

Important project information often lives across emails, messages, documents, meetings, and internal conversations.
A client changes a requirement.
A deadline moves.
A new deliverable gets added.
A decision gets buried in an old conversation.
The information exists, but the project context gets fragmented.
The challenge was to communicate how an AI system could continuously understand this information and turn scattered conversations into a structured project memory without making the product feel complicated or overly technical.

The Approach

From conversations to project intelligence.

Instead of positioning the product as another AI assistant, I focused the experience around a simple product story:
Client conversations → AI understands → Project memory → Change detection → Action
This became the foundation for the website's information architecture, visual hierarchy, and product storytelling.
The UI was designed to make the value immediately visible: rather than showing generic AI interactions, the website demonstrates how the product understands a project and surfaces what actually matters.

Designing Around Context

Everything your client said, in project context.

One of the main design decisions was to make project context the central visual language.
The product interface brings together:
Scope
Requirements
Deliverables
Decisions
Deadlines
Project history
Recent changes
Instead of presenting these as isolated features, they are shown as connected pieces of the same project.
This helps users understand the product within seconds rather than having to read through technical explanations.

Change Detection

Know what changed before it becomes a problem.

A key part of the product is understanding when something meaningful changes inside a project.
The UI was designed around a simple interaction:
What changed → What does it affect → What should I do?
For example, a new client requirement can surface alongside the affected deliverable, project scope, or deadline.
This turns AI from something users have to interact with into something that actively keeps the project context up to date.

Product UI

The interface is the explanation.

Rather than relying heavily on illustrations or abstract AI graphics, the product UI itself became the primary storytelling device.
Project dashboards, client conversations, requirements, change alerts, timelines, and structured project information are presented as visual sections throughout the website.
This creates a direct connection between the marketing experience and the actual product.

Visual Direction

Editorial design meets product UI.

The visual direction intentionally moves away from the typical AI SaaS aesthetic of glowing gradients, excessive glassmorphism, and abstract AI imagery.
Initial Approach
Initial Approach
Instead, the Web Design uses:
Editorial typography
Large expressive headlines
Neutral monochrome tones
Thin borders
Structured grids
Generous whitespace
Minimal UI cards
Atmospheric photography
Product UI layered into the visual system
The result is a premium SaaS Website that feels intelligent and sophisticated without looking overly technical.

Website Structure

The Website Design follows a clear narrative:
Problem → Product → How it works → Product capabilities → Use cases → Integrations → Trust → CTA
Each section answers a specific question a potential customer might have.
What is this? Why do I need it? How does it work? What does it actually remember? What happens when something changes? Can it fit into my workflow?
This keeps the UI/UX Design focused on clarity and conversion rather than simply showcasing features.

Designed for Client-Service Teams

We designed the product experience around the realities of client work.
The website communicates relevant use cases for:
Freelancers · Design Studios · Agencies · Consultants · Development Teams
Each audience shares the same underlying problem:
Too much important project context lives inside conversations.
The product provides a centralized memory layer without asking teams to completely change how they work.

Outcome

The final AI Website presents project memory as a new layer between client communication and project execution.
Instead of asking users to search through conversations, the experience communicates a simpler promise:
Your projects, remembered.
The result is a premium, editorial Web Design & UI/UX Design system that makes a complex AI product feel clear, useful, and approachable.
Thanks for taking the time to explore this project.
A well-designed digital experience can do more than create a great first impression it can improve conversions, build customer trust, and strengthen how your brand is perceived. If your current design isn’t doing that, it might be time to rethink your design strategy.
I’d love to help you turn your next idea into a clear, engaging, and conversion-focused experience. Feel free to message me here on Contra and let’s get started.
