HyperWolf - Weed Delivery Service | Business Management System

While designing the HyperWolf website, my primary focus was on making it mobile-responsive, as over 90% of users were on mobile devices.

The entire structure was crafted to provide a simple, intuitive ordering experience for cannabis products on mobile, and the desktop design was then adapted from the mobile layout.

We opted for high-fidelity designs from the start, skipping wireframes, as it was challenging to convey the design and user flow to the client with wireframes for an already existing site.

Once the mobile-responsive design for the HyperWolf website was completed, we moved on to create the desktop version, ensuring full compatibility across devices.

After completing the website design, we turned our attention to building a custom super admin panel, eliminating the client’s reliance on third-party services. This all-in-one platform empowers the client to fully manage their business operations.

Through the super admin, they can view and track detailed analytics via a comprehensive dashboard, add or remove products, and control inventory across different regions.

They also have complete control over all orders placed on the website, ensuring smooth fulfillment.

Additionally, the client can manage the content displayed on their website, including categories, product strain types, and brand listings, allowing for full customization.

The super admin also includes tools to manage delivery drivers, ensuring orders are assigned efficiently. Lastly, the client can launch and monitor promotions directly through the platform, offering them a dynamic way to engage customers and grow their business.

To allow other retailers to sell their products on the platform, we developed robust, dedicated admin panels for retailers.

These admin panels give retailers complete control over their business operations in an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. Retailers can manage their product catalogs by adding or removing items, ensuring their listings are always up-to-date.

The system also includes comprehensive order management tools that allow retailers to process and track customer orders efficiently, from order placement to final delivery.

Recognizing that retailers needed a unified system to manage their operations, we also developed a new Point of Sale (POS) system compatible with our admin panel.

Their existing POS systems couldn't sync with our platform, and using multiple tools would have been inefficient.

The new POS integration ensures that retailers can manage all aspects of their inventory and sales through a single, cohesive platform, streamlining their workflows and enhancing overall productivity.

To manage HyperWolf's delivery drivers, we developed a dedicated platform called Hyperdrive, integrated within the Super Admin. This tool provides the super admin with a real-time view of all active and scheduled delivery tasks displayed on a map on the main screen.

The admin can easily monitor the progress of each task, assign new deliveries, or reassign tasks to different drivers if the automatically assigned driver becomes unavailable.

Hyperdrive simplifies the management of drivers and tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations for the client.
